“come on, baby, what’s your story? where you come from, where you headed, where you been?”
In a whirlwind of psychic disturbance, confusion, and longing, poetry and profanity mix to tell the story of ten homeless teenagers whose lives are continually threatened, devalued, and effaced. Polaroid Stories, inspired by Ovid’s Metamorphoses and interviews with young prostitutes and thrownaway youth, is a visceral blend of classical mythology and the disturbing reality of young people who have been pushed to society’s fringe.
This performance is not suitable for children under the age of 13. Please contact Madison Deming (email@example.com) with any questions.
Visit the Harvard Box Office website to purchase tickets online. Tickets are $12 ($5 for students) and can also be purchased in person at the Harvard Box Office or at the door.
